Here is our recipe of Bharwa baingan (Stuffed Brinjal) and that too in Punjabi Style. Made from small baingan stuffed with spices and cooked in onion and tomatoes, the dish is an ultimate companion with chapati and paratha. It is very delicious with all the spices soaked by soft and juicy and baingan and can be tried in breakfast or lunch.
