What vitamins should my kids be taking? Do vitamins help fight the coronavirus?

Dr. Marta Katalenas and Chef Fer Candil invite a mom of toddlers to discuss the overwhelming world of vitamins.

  • What vitamins should children be taking?
  • Should they be taking any dietary supplements?
  • Can they reach a toxic level?

Dr. Katalenas answers all these questions while Chef Candil brings us a delicious meal full of vitamins for the children.

INGREDIENTS FOR PISTO MANCHEGO:

3 Large Zucchinis, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 Large Yellow Onion, diced

6 Large Ripe Tomatoes, peeled and diced

2 Green Bell Peppers, seeded and diced

Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

1 Teaspoon of sugar if the acidity is too high

4 Tablespoons or as need it of Extra Virgin Spanish Olive Oil
