What are probiotics? How can they affect my children's health? Dr. Katalenas, Chef Candil and a special guest (mother of toddlers and babies) discuss all about probiotics and bring you a delicious 5-ingredients, no added sugars, banana bread.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3-4 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • ½ cup of pecans in pieces (optional)
