Meet Alan and Arthur, brothers with a passion for Mental Health and Basketball. Alan is the Director of the A2Z Foundation here in Zambia, the mission of the organisation is to increase the awareness of mental health issues affecting youth and to promote physical and emotional fitness through Life-skills and sport. Arthur is a former pro-ball player who started the initiative the Arthur Zulu Basketball Camp under AtoZ, a 5 day camp that will host the top 50 male and female student-athletes and also serve as a very high-level coaching clinic involving young dynamic coaches. In this episode, we discuss the importance of Mentorship and how you can redefine your path and create your own legacy.
