Welcome to the first episode of our Limited Series podcast Conversations with Kids Worship Leaders. The name says it all - in this podcast, we are sitting down for a casual talk with the top Worship Leaders and Kids Church Music providers in Kids Ministry.
On this episode Carl is talking with friend and creative collaborator, Yancy. Our team has had the privilege of producing custom lyric videos and other visuals for Yancy Ministries.
Yancy Ministries ultimately exists to Make Jesus Loud. They do this through songs, videos, books, teaching, mentoring, and events. This happens in homes and churches, one at a time.
They deeply love Jesus and inspire families to love Him. They want families to sing and celebrate what God does. Yancy's focus is on helping kids worship the Father as a habit.
Yancy's book, "Sweet Sound: The Power of Discipling Kids in Worship," reflects her life's work. It uses King David's life and her own stories to empower others. Yancy wants kids to live a worship-filled life every day, not just on Sundays.
For those in kids ministry or worship, this book challenges you. It urges you to lead worship, not just sing songs. It guides in teaching true worship in spirit and truth.
