#52 Trigger Warnings might not be helpful

Are trigger warnings as beneficial as we make them out to be? How do trigger warnings impact the PTSD community? What are other options that we can explore besides using the word "trigger"? How do these things impact us? Opening up conversation here. I know this isn't an easy one. At the end of the day my scope, perspective and knowledge is limited. Always take that into account if something riles you up. And know that I'm not in your body, if you feel a way about something and know it to be true for you, hold onto that. I'm not here to take anything away from you.
