Heidi Barr grew up in an Orthodox Jewish community in a small town in the Midwest. At the age of sixteen, she had a deadly accident while horseback riding and unexpectedly encountered Jesus. Heidi worked as a nurse for thirty years, where she cared for many people who faced death themselves.
