In this episode, our hosts Ben and Isabelle are joined by a special guest, Shirley Ballas, our Celebrity Ambassador, and head judge on Strictly Come Dancing.
Together they discuss the experience of navigating advocacy for mental health awareness. Shirley Ballas also bravely discusses her own personal lived experience of losing her brother to suicide, and how it led her to become an ambassador for Suicide&Co and CALM and how she had decided to use her platform to advocate as much as possible for suicide bereavement and suicide prevention.
