In this episode, our hosts Ben and Isabelle are joined by a special guest, Jane George, Founder of Knit for Mental Health.
Together they discuss the experience of learning about the subjects of suicide and mental health, after losing a loved one. They also discuss how this can change people's lives, going down different paths because of their loss. Jane also shares her story and tells us how and why she founded Knit for Mental Health.
