His organization, TANK EdDucates LLC, specializes in culturally responsive teaching and transformative life skills education for students, educators, school districts, universities, government entities, and community partners. Dr. Tank discusses the importance of ongoing education and awareness in fostering equitable educational settings for disadvantaged students. Additionally, through his T.A.N.K. Mentoring Program, he supports the successful reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals in New Jersey.
