Xavier shares his journey from studying Criminal Justice at Morris College to becoming an Intervention Specialist and the founder of Kind Mentoring. He explains how mentorship and intervention programs can transform the lives of young people and create safer schools and stronger communities. 

Xavier details Kind Mentoring’s core services, including Mentorship (one-on-one mentoring, group mentoring, and peer mentoring); Academic Support (academic coaching, tutoring, and career services); Career Readiness (job shadowing, resume building & interview skills, and entrepreneurship training); Life Skills Training (personal development, financial literacy, health & wellness, and innovation skills); and Specialized Programming (gender-specific assistance, culturally relevant approaches, and preventative age-appropriate activities) — all designed to empower youth, promote positive choices, and build long-term pathways to success.
