In Episode 33 of Conversations About Running we chat with Swedish elite distance runner, Victor Urquhart Smångs. 🇸🇪 Victor started running at the beginning of 2019, and in just 4 years of training brought his 10km time down to 29.30 and his half marathon time to 66 minutes. In the podcast we talk about the Norwegian double threshold system and how Victor's quick progression can be attributed to following this system to the letter. We talk about some of Victor's most successful races, goals for the future, and get a deep insight into the science behind his current training schedule.
Enjoy!
