Jordan leads the Lightening Team at Zurich based On Labs, and his remit is to help On deliver the best possible shoes, apparel and performance environment for their elite athletes.
Jordan talks to us about the specifics of his role including his work with On Athletics Club (OAC), talks about On's unique approach to athlete development and the athlete centered approach they take as well as delving into the specifics of some of the products including the upcoming CloudBoom Echo 3.
