What it is!! A coalition of tenants, housing rights advocates, public interest lawyers and community based organizations formed a coalition called Keep LA Housed with the goal of protecting tenant rights by the of way of strengthening the Tenant Anti-Harassment Ordinance for the City of Los Angeles, improving the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance for rent control, and ensuring the Right to Counsel for low income renters to name a few of the ongoing actions by Keep LA Housed. I covered two of their many press conferences hosted by this coalition upholding the Housing Movement. Hear some of the voices from Keep LA Housed saying housing is a human right and that no one should EVER be evicted without legal representation. This rally took place on the South Lawn of Los Angeles City Hall. Later hear about the Pickle-ball craze in the City of Inglewood, which is a combination of tennis, badminton, ping pong and racquetball and is currently one of the fastest growing sports in America!
