I am the freakin' fabulous Cat Corchado and a fitness professional with 37+ years in the health and wellness industry. I started my fitness career while serving in the US Air Force. My specialties include Personal Training, Pilates , Activated Isolated Stretching ( AIS) and Cancer Exercise Training Institute (CETI) certified instructor.

I have had the privilege of working with ballet dancers, NFL players, clients with all types of injuries, pregnancy (before and after) and clients who have never taken a Pilates private or class before.

I am the founder of Small Space Pilates - A place where you don’t have be perfect, you can wear your comfy clothes and turn your small space into your own personal fitness studio.
