Richard Conner is a global-minded business leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and building technology sectors for multinational companies. He is currently a senior program director at Medtronic and has worked in various global marketing and product management roles throughout his career.
He leads a local company-sponsored employee diversity and inclusion group, serves as Immediate Past President of the American Marketing Association, and volunteers for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in memory of his mother-in-law.
Richard is a Connecticut native (his parents are from the Dominican Republic and Jamaica), where he resides with his wife, three kids, and miniature schnauzer. He enjoys international travel, obstacle course racing, and is the host of Inspire Virtual Runs Podcast.
