Bruce Ahlborn, a Technology Consultant and Science Advisor, explains how students at Northbrook Junior High in Illinois uses Apple MacBook Learning Labs, iLife, and Proscopes in science. The students study the unseen world of the microscopic. They view creatures with a Proscope and then record the creature as a still picture or a video. These images are used in books created in iPhoto and movies created using iMovie. The Proscope can also be used via iChat to show creatures to students who are sick at home.
