Episode #045 | Ben Banaghan
Ben Banaghan has been on construction sites from the age of 14. Now, as in RIGHT now, he’s out in Iceland attempting something unbelievable: running the full length of the country - approx 570km from north to south - in just 8 days. (8th - 15th September 2025)
This isn’t just about running. It’s about mental toughness, graft, and proving what’s possible when you come from a working-class background and push your limits.
If you’re in construction, trades, or the running world - this one will hit home. Ben’s journey is about more than sport. It’s about mental health, resilience, and showing working people what’s possible, & why it's worth doing.
