In a dualistic reality, society tends to put labels on what is good and what is bad, right and wrong. Yet when we deny or label any part of the human experience, we create separation and exclusion. Instead of integrating the shadow, we embody the trigger as our story. We identify with the dualistic outcome of being a perfect, good and right person and trouble accepting we can hold both darkness and light. In this episode, we uncover how love is all inclusive. Love accepts unconditionally, including our darkest shadows. Like diving for light, there are hidden gems and treasures in our deepest darkest spaces.
