Welcome back for another episode. Today I bring in my hubby, Dan, to share about his side of supporting me during the time I experienced vaginismus. This episode applies if you or your partner are experiencing any kind of painful sex! I think this is a really important episode for people to listen to, even if you’re not a partner, it’s good to know! We chat through his initial experience and feelings when we didn’t know this condition had a name, how he combated negative thoughts and his mindset to be a supportive and patient partner. Dan also shares why this didn’t entitle him to a free hall pass and how we managed to stay together during something this difficult.
