In this episode, I explore the concept of unconditional love and our inherent worthiness, and it might not be what you think! We experience a lot of conditioning and messaging around conditions that are placed on our ability to receive love and our worthiness which infiltrates not only how we receive love, but also how we give love.
This is a theory-based approach because unconditional love only exists when it is for all people and things. If you’re not able to love all people and things unconditionally, then your love has conditions.
And this is a big ask.
Especially when you think about all of the darkness that exists, but that's exactly where it's needed most.
The first step to unconditional love is mastering acceptance, so let's start there!
