On today's episode I am joined by Linnea Bergstrom, a wonderful yoga teacher passionate about teaching people to be mindful, present and create a Yogic practice. 

Linnea shares her journey on how she developed a passion for yoga, different practices she incorporates in her work and her life.
She shares tips on how to incorporate gentle yoga practices in your life. 


Being in tune with your body, finding a routine that works for you and trying things out is at the core of developing a yoga practice.

Yoga is more than the physical movements and cool poses.
Yoga is presence. Yoga is breath. Yoga is observing the body and seeing how you feel.
