Shibani Gharat is an Associate Executive Producer and anchor at CNBC-TV18, leading Storyboard18. With 12 years in TV, digital, and print media, she has been integral to CNBC-TV18 for nearly a decade, steering key properties in marketing, advertising, media, technology, health, and fitness.

Shibani has interviewed industry giants like Sir Martin Sorrell, Mark Read, Carl Pei, and Jimmy Wales, as well as Indian celebrities such as Shah Rukh Khan and Sachin Tendulkar.

An accomplished endurance athlete, she has completed over 100 running events globally, including being the first non-Ladakhi woman to finish the 72 km Khar Dung La Challenge and representing India in the 2018 IAU 24-hour Asia Oceania Championship.

Shibani holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media from Mumbai University and is an ASCM Certified Marathon Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. Her passion for endurance sports has taught her valuable lessons in resilience, goal-setting, and patience, which she shares to inspire others in sports and life.
