In Part 2 of How to Raise Your Vibration ~ Frequency, I've given two additional ways that you can quickly use to raise your vibration.  In Part I, we discussed how the following can help raise your vibration or frequency:  Positivity, Language & Thoughts, and Losing Fear.  In Part I.5, we discussed raising your vibration through Studying and Researching topics you're called to learn more about, making changes to the Physical Body, and Living Out of Your Heart.  The physical body in regards to what we ingest and how we treat the body.  In Part II, we build on the previous topics and also discuss how Personal Work (determining things you'd like to improve about your choices and behaviors) and Music (Solfeggio Frequencies, Binaural Beats, and song lyrics) can help raise your vibrational frequency.  In an upcoming video, we will talk more about how Clearing Negative Energy, Religious and Spiritual Beliefs, and Spirit Communication can help raise your vibrational frequency; however, this is a common theme throughout all parts of this series.
