Imposter Syndrome & Confidence with Emily Perry

Confidence & Imposter Syndrome

Well this is a great episode with Emily Perry from The People Consultancy.

Imposter Syndrome is something that many people have and it comes crippling feeling that you are a complete fraud and you are going to get caught our at any time.

Emily and I could have talked FOR EVER about this topic.  We start with defining Imposter Syndrome, then go on to talk about who suffers from it & what feelings and behaviours are associated with it, including how it works with where we place our conditional worth.

Emily shares her own experience of imposter syndrome, how she got help and how she now manages it when it shows up again.

We also went on to talk about whether or not it has become a bit of a buzz word and some may think they have imposter syndrome but actually don't.  Emily talks about how you can identify if you have imposter syndrome.

As always there are 3 top tips at the end, these tips are ways for you to identify if you have imposter syndrome.

If you think you have Imposter Syndrome then this is the episode for you!
