This week, I talk about my personal experience with performing (on stage, in a classroom setting, athletically) and the things I have gained from the discomfort of performing.
In this episode, I take on the challenge of being my own podcast guest. I speak about the benefits of keeping a routine for one's individual lifestyle. I also speak about the associated challenges and some ways I work around them.
I'm not a professional so the best advice does not come from me. I'm just giving my humble opinion lolz. Regardless, be proud of yourself today! Showing up is half the work.
This week, I spoke with Mr.D, my school's athletic director about how athletics can benefit us in a multitude of ways. We also discuss different motivations of an athlete and the goal to have a healthy relationship with the gym. Hope you learn or reflect on something new! Thanks for listening.

In this episode, I have the privilege of conversing with Becca, my school social worker, about confidence in high school, mindset, and taking care of ourselves. Hope you're able to relate to this, take away a new idea, or just be able to reflect. Thanks so much for listening! It means a lot ❤️❤️❤️
If you have any suggestions on what you'd like to hear from this show in the future, I'd love to hear them. My Instagram DMs are open and I have an anonymous feedback form in my bio.
