Ep.61: Streamlining Your Systems with Jessica Frigon
Today on the show, we have Jessica, the owner of Project Loveco. With 13 years of experience in corporate operations and project management, Jessica ventured into her own systems and operations agency. She has achieved remarkable success and collaborates with renowned brands in the home and lifestyle industries such as Remax and Century 21.
In this episode, Jessica will shed light on leveraging technology, processes, and automations to boost revenue and build sustainable teams. She specializes in helping CEOs in the home and lifestyle industry systematize their operations, an area that is often neglected in the early stages of business. As entrepreneurs focus on marketing and sales, without a strong foundation in place, their businesses can quickly become chaotic and disorganized, leading to stress and overwhelm. Jessica guides CEOs in implementing systems that allow them to step out of day-to-day tasks, assume visionary and leadership roles, serve their communities and clients better, increase revenue, and build effective teams.
Through self-love and personal growth, Jessica rebuilt her relationship with herself, enabling her to conquer fears, embrace discomfort, stop overthinking, and take action. Jessica shares how she created an environment for reflection and growth, including taking naps to reset during moments of frustration. By being self-aware and analyzing her emotions, she learned to identify her needs and move forward with purpose.
According to Jessica, every aspect of starting and growing a business provides valuable lessons and learning opportunities. Overcoming the fear of investing in oneself and acknowledging that no one can be a master of all business areas were pivotal lessons for her. Systematizing a business to a certain degree is essential to prevent overwhelm and free up mental space. Having clarity on goals, execution plans, and team alignment allows CEOs to focus on business growth and achieve their ambitions.
Jessica emphasizes the importance of organizing and documenting business processes. Conducting a thorough audit of all areas, especially client service and delivery, is crucial. By streamlining and automating tasks, CEOs can reclaim time and structure their schedules for strategic business activities. Jessica recommends tools such as Zapier for automation, Lucid or ClickUp for workflow management, Loom for video recording, and Canva for design work.
Join us in this episode as Jessica shares her insights and experiences in leveraging technology, implementing processes, and building systems to drive revenue growth, create sustainable teams, and find balance in the entrepreneurial journey.

In this episode, Kelci talks about her experience of building a networking event named Boise Breakfast Club to empower, educate, support, uplift, and have fun while doing business for women entrepreneurs. She shares how attending other networking events helped her to figure out what she liked and what she didn't like, and hone in on the things that she wanted to do for her networking event. Her goal was to empower other women to live their best lives and to talk about the struggles that entrepreneurs face, and she carried this over to her business to move through all of the challenges she had faced.
Initially, she was scared to launch the event, but she put her ego aside and just went for it. She started an Instagram account with core pillars and visuals of what the event stood for, and then hosted a private invite-only influencer-style event to create a fear of missing out (FOMO) and exclusivity, which allowed her to get video and photo content to promote future events.
She secured a date, venue, and guest list and put together private invites for all the people, telling them what they would get out of it. She created strategic partnerships with other women in her community who were interested in getting their businesses in front of the community members. She also created a website on Squarespace and had a landing page on Flow Desk that acted as their website. Despite some last-minute planning, the event was successful, and the attendees loved the sense of community and support it provided.
