In this talk, Dr. Lawrence Feingold discusses the Year of Faith, declared by Pope Benedict on October, 11, 2012 . In his encyclical, Porta Fidei, Pope Benedict called for a Year of Faith beginning on October 11, 2012, which coincided with the fiftieth anniversary of the opening of the Second Vatican Council and the twentieth anniversary of the publication of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
