緯中老師目前是台北市開平餐飲學校教師，老師於大學畢業後在不同的行業打滾，而終於在三十三歲那年，毅然轉換人生跑道，離開辦公桌，成為了毫無背景的菜鳥老師。幾年後，已著有數本與教育相關的書籍，其中包括合作課：從我到我們的團隊練習和今年新出的丟掉課本之後，學習才真正開始：啟動學習的9大關鍵字
