Many times doing community development work is an act of balance. Trying to understand others, ourselves, what makes people click, our gifts, their special strengths... finding creative ways to bring change, empowering others while showing evidence and outcomes... finding meaning, navigating conflict, giving and receiving... in my journey to find balance, I have found art a very loyal companion.
