He also served in higher education in the classroom and online for 8 years. Dr. Kuchinka's areas of expertise include organizational development, training, education, leadership, and spirituality in the workplace.  In their conversation, he was able to tell Anthony how businesses could thrive by properly utilizing behavioral psychology.
