Welcome to Commencement!  The podcast that aims to help provide guidance for current college students and recent graduates on how to navigate the job search and set them up for success.  I've spent the last ten years mentoring students in my free time at various Universities and I've found that school doesn't always set students up for success.  

I get questions from every student like, "how do I find my first job" or "what happens if I end up in the wrong role?"  Students are concerned with questions they have no experience with so I believe it's my role to help them succeed with as much advice as I can give.
