I get asked quite often about what type of company is best to start your career with?  My answer surprises a lot of students and professionals as the response has nothing to do with the name of the company.  My answer is to find a leader that can grow and develop you on a team that has a front row seat to the future of the company.  

Working for an amazing company and a terrible leader is soul sucking, while working for a mediocre company and a leader that can grow and develop you will take you further in your career than you can imagine.
