Jon is the Director of Leadership Development at Stronghold Leadership and is also a career Navy SEAL Officer. While balancing his professional and military responsibilities, Jon is also a stand-up comedian, husband, father, and pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership & Innovation. He has a very diverse blend of military, academic, and business experience that provides him with the ability to personally relate to a wide array of audiences.
