As we have discussed in previous episodes that there are various techniques in meditation. But today I would like to introduce you to the three bases of meditation: The first base is your nostril. The second base is through your nostrils up to the eye level and taking a little inward to the central part of the skull. And the third base is at the central part of your body two fingers above your navel and this is where you will achieve, and experience the moment of what we call "One -pointedness"
