Zoe is a self-development coach with over 10 years of coaching and mentoring experience.  
In 2005 Zoe rose from the ashes after a tragedy close to home created a very much needed catalyst for change.  Over the next 10 years she rebuilt herself mentally and physically into a stronger and more powerful version of herself resulting in the title of Britain's 2nd Strongest Woman in 2016.


On this episode we talk about how Zoe has utilised both physical and mental strength to become unstuck and live a more enriching life, her transition from a background in the Police to a self development Coach and on becoming Britain's 2nd strongest woman!
