Let's make it the best year ever!
The 42-Day Transformation Challenge includes 8 Success Habits for your transformation:
1. COLD SHOWER: Improve circulation, prevent illness and get beyond your comfort zone by taking a cold shower everyday.
2. READ 10 PAGES: (audio books don't count) and should be non-fiction so you can learn something new and grow your mind.
3. 20 MINUTES OF MOVEMENT: You choose the movement! There's no strict plan here, but commit to no less than 20 minutes of movement per day. Movement can include walking, running, swimming, dancing, weight lifting, yoga, breathwork, meditation, boxing, etc. *Tips & suggestions will be shared in the private FB Group*
4. WATER: Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water each day
5. JOURNAL: Commit to at least 10-minutes of daily journaling /gratitude practice. *Journaling prompts to be provided in private FB Group*
6. DIET: The diet is completely up to you, BUT you have to stick to what you say. Perhaps you'll give up sugar or bread, or add in more produce. What this looks like for me in this challenge is no fast food and no soda.
7. DRUGS: Choose a drug to give up - example of drugs: alcohol, nicotine, marijuana, prescription pills. I will personally be giving up alcohol and marijuana.
8. PICTURE: Daily progress pic (progress pics to screenshot provided in FB Group or a body photo of transformation).
