What a wild month it’s been , filled with so much uncertainty, information and emotion. I thought this would be the perfect time to get back to basics and focus on the one thing we have control over - ourselves - with a little two week Work Life Balance Challenge.

No matter what you do for business or where you are at with self care, this challenge is for you! It’s customizable, easy and will yield amazing results.

Challenge Breakdown

Start by choosing a work task and a life task. Make sure both tasks are important and manageable at the same time. If its not important to you, you won’t do it & it it’s too big, say a 5 hour task, you won’t be able to do it every day for 2 weeks.

Life- Drink 96 oz (4, 24oz bottles) of Water.
