Eliot Higgins, founder of Bellingcat, discusses his journey from blogging as Brown Moses to establishing a pioneering open-source investigation platform. He shares insights into his investigation of the MH17 downing, his methods for uncovering the truth, and the personal impact of the tragedy. Eliot also reflects on Russia's response to his findings and talks about the ethical dilemmas of paying for information in journalism. The conversation takes a turn as Eliot addresses his ongoing public disputes with Elon Musk and offers his thoughts on the challenges of modern digital journalism.
