In this second episode of CSDP, Alexander Neuhalfen sits down with Alexandros Papaioannou to talk EU-NATO relations. He is a college alumnus and a visiting professor at the College of Europe in Bruges. Ms Papaioannou is a career diplomat at the Greek ministry of Foreign Affairs and he has worked for over 10 years at NATO – first as Advisor in the Office of the Secretary General and later as Policy officer in charge of NATO-EU relations. So he knows all about the complicated relationship of these two institutional structures.
