A young woman is found dead in her apartment in Ste. Therese, Quebec on April. 18, 1989. She had been severely mutilated, sexually assaulted and strangled. She was only 24 years old with a whole life ahead of her. It’s been 31 year and her murderer still walks free. Police reopened the case in 2013 with no success, it looks like that was the last time it has even been re-examined. Listen for more details.
