At this point, 5 people have lost their lives with two of them being Maggie and Paul Murdaugh, all being tied to the Murdaugh family, in one way or another. Alex Murdaugh has lost his wife, one of his children, his job, and probably most important to Alex, his reputation.
He is facing huge problems at this time in this case, and he is running out of options.
