Episode 11: Roe v. Wade OVERTURNED

Hello Everyone! In today's episode, I'm doing a deep analysis of the recently decided Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case and the subsequent overruling of landmark Supreme Court decisions such as Roe v. Wade (1973) and Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992) along with other related cases. We will be examining the oral arguments and the majority, concurring, and dissenting opinions from Dobbs which laid the framework for the overturning of Roe and Casey. Listen to this episode if you hope to learn about the Constitutional arguments made by the Petitioners and Respondents in the Dobbs case, and the ways in which the Supreme Court Justices interpreted the Constitution in deciding the future of abortion rights in America. Hope you all enjoy and stay tuned for next week's episode about other highly controversial cases that the Supreme Court has just decided on!
