Meet Lisa!

Lisa Jo Barr is the founder of HELL TO HAPPINESS COACHING, where she guides folks who are on their journey of recovery from mental health and/or addictions to lead happier more satisfying, fulfilling lives. She does this through inspiration drawn from her own life experience. Lisa Jo Barr has a phD in the school of hard knocks: a childhood full of violence, Bipolar I, Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, sex and cocaine addiction and prostitution.

Lisa is a writer with three self-published poetry books,  has been published 4 times in Chicken Soup for the Recovering Soul, Daily inspirations and has articles and columns published in newspapers and magazines worldwide. Lisa Jo loves to swim laps, travel around the world and spend time with her kittens, Phoebe and Oboe. She is working on a book of prayers.
