What is your favorite quote of all time, and why? 

Gandhi's "Be the change you wish to see in the world" is the first one that popped into my head. I love this because it highlights the importance of embodiment. We can read all the spiritual books and listen to the teachers, but the real work is doing our own healing, committing to the path and living and "being" the work.

In what ways has Spirituality impacted your life? 

Spirituality was a gaping hole in my life until I was about 30. I was in chronic pain and started seeking help from energy workers, after years of going the more traditional route. In short, it has completely changed me. I'm not the same person I was. It helped me strip away so many of the layers I disliked but thought were just me. It reconnected me to my dad who passed when I was nine. And it provided me with so much truth about my own life and the world around me. It provided me with the understanding I was seeking for so long and more of framework to live my life.
