The former owner of La Belle Baguette, Alix is following his own culinary journey as a food content creator with “French Kiss Cook”. He originally conceptualized this idea in 2008, wanting to showcase and honour the family recipes he’s collected over the years. However, Alix chose to follow a different culinary path, working as a baker, which culminated in creating his own bakery. With “French Kiss Cook” (a play on the chef’s kiss, which is a gesture and expression meant to show something is perfect or excellent), Alix believes in using fresh ingredients to bring out amazing flavours in everyday cooking. As well, his mission is to help people on their own day-to-day culinary journey by sharing tips and techniques that will make the cooking process easy and fun! Of course, Alix will be sharing the recipes he’s collected by creating videos of the preparations that are currently available to view on social media, YouTube and on his website.
