Since our last episode the world has become full of uncertainty with us only having to opening our internet or switch on the television to be bombarded by events.
And as our organisations encourage us to bring our whole selves to work, we also have to remember that in doing so, we’ll be bringing a lot of that uncertainty with us.
So how do we deal with it all?
