27: More Coffees With Fleur
Since our last episode the world has become full of uncertainty with us only having to opening our internet or switch on the television to be bombarded by events. And as our organisations encourage us to bring our whole selves to work, we also have to remember that in doing so, we’ll be bringing a lot of that uncertainty with us. So how do we deal with it all? Well, Fleur and I have been thinking about this a lot. The result? More fortnightly 15 min episodes covering topics such as finding fulfillment, psychological safety, social comparison, human sustainability, loneliness and the benefits of altruism on our wellbeing.
