So you maybe were told you were sensitive or shy as a child, which is a common thread among people who have the High Sensory Processing personality trait, it's not a disorder!
I talk you through the 23 questions that are in Dr. Elaine Aron's book The Highly Sensitive Person. As you answer them true or false, take note. If you answer true to 12 or more questions you're probably highly sensitive.
Elisha and I talk about how we feel as HSP's, why I believe alcohol use among HSP's is higher and how we both used it to calm down our sensitivities. We now know that this is something we can be proud of based on the research and books by Ph. D's such as Elaine Aron.
Click my website www.caramenz.com and scroll down towards bottom of my about page and you will find a different FREE HSP TEST you can take so you know if you have this personality trait that 20-30% of the population has and equally in males as it is in females.
