In today's #coffeewithatherapist, we are talking about how to set boundaries with difficult people. Difficult people include: those you have to set boundaries with multiple times because they "forget" and those who respond with passive-aggressiveness, distance, anxiety, hostility, or anger.
*If someone is physically or emotionally abusive in response to your boundaries -- no amount of tips or tricks will help this. It's important you seek/find safety and do safety planning around this.*
