I am a traveller, Coffee lover, Motorcyclist and a self proclaimed story teller. Coffee Protocol Podcast is from India, sharing things and stories about coffee that is related with the Indian context. I feel theres a lot of stories that continuously weave our coffee scene, I wanted to encapsulate some of them. I am a Licensed Q processor, a Coffee consultant working with Coffee farms and also Cafes. Train people in Coffee related stuff from Coffee processing , to roasting, to brewing. ( if it mattered). most of all I love stories around coffee. Coffee is fun - simple - yum.

Ep. 27 Round Table Coffee BakCh*d (Talk)

Round Table Coffee Bakch*D (talk)

One of my dreams was to do this, a podcast session (multiple over a year), where multiple people from different walks of life talk about coffee (casually), and a total free (non interview format) conversation.

This is Raw, unedited, no script, just honest and (almost) free conversations between people who are a coffee consumer at heart first and friends (Second). I wanted to call it Round Table Coffee Bakchod, cause of one main reason, to make it sound not serious, i think we have taken Coffee too seriously, and thats what the first half of the name suggests 'Round Table' (a corporate -serious kind of affair) but then the last part coffee bakchod, means some conversation which is light hearted (not too serious).

Idea was to take serious topics (or important topics) and have a friendly conversation over it. We will have may be one episode, once in a while and have one base topic, but thats it, conversations are not restricted or monitored. This episode is about the first experience of specialty coffee/ first equipment into specialty coffee and our understanding around it. Cause "First Time is always Special" so people say, but honestly it comes special, once you understand things and have a connect with it. (yes still talking about coffee ;).

Got Some amazing bunch of people in this episode, one from the law background, one form medical research, one from tech, one from software, one a marketing specialist and yours truly. Hope you will enjoy this unedited and raw conversation, as much as we did while we recorded it ( a while ago).

The episode is live on all the major podcast hosting website/apps (link in the bio as well) - #CoffeeProtocolPodcast
